Terms of Use

This agreement applies to all plugins developed by Willabs for Figma: BannerBolt, PSD Export, PSD Import, GIF Export, MP4 Export, and Canva Export.

1. Scope of Service

Our plugins are designed to assist users in exporting, importing, converting, and organizing design files. All functionalities are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the plugins exclusively for lawful purposes within the Figma environment. Any misuse that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the content of the design files processed through the plugins. Willabs does not claim ownership over any user content.

4. Data Processing and Storage

Our plugins are designed to process design data locally or temporarily, depending on the feature used.

For PSD Export, PSD Import, GIF Export, MP4 Export, and Canva Export:

• All processing is performed locally within the user’s environment or Figma plugin runtime.
• No design files, assets, or user content are stored, transmitted, or retained on our servers.
• We do not have access to user design files or processed outputs.

For BannerBolt:

• Certain features require server-side processing.
• Design data may be temporarily transmitted to our servers solely for processing purposes.
• All data is automatically deleted shortly after processing is completed.
• No design data is stored, retained, or used for any other purpose.

We do not use any customer data for artificial intelligence training, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of the services.

5. Intellectual Property

All plugin software, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Willabs. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Failure to pay may result in limited or suspended access to premium functionality.

7. Third-Party Services

Our plugins may integrate with third-party platforms such as Figma, Canva, or payment providers. Willabs is not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of such third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

The plugins are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Willabs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, export failures, or compatibility issues.

9. Termination

Willabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the plugins at any time in case of violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the plugins after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Brazil.
